Our Leadership

South Stafford College is a privately operated institution, structured as a limited company under UK Company Law. Its legal standing is defined by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, which outline the College’s objectives, powers, and corporate governance framework. Operating under a valid company license, South Stafford College is authorized to carry out its educational activities. The governance of the College is managed by two key bodies: the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors, each with distinct roles as set forth in the Articles of Governance. Both boards are responsible for overseeing the College’s governance processes and ensuring the integrity and appropriateness of all institutional agreements.

Dean of International Studies

Dr Nikola Perovic is an Associate Professor and Dean of International Studies at South Stafford College. He has extensive experience teaching international business, economics, and marketing across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Dr. Perovic is an international management consultant and coach, specialized in cross-cultural relations challenges, and international marketing. He is the author of the book “The International Post-Acquisition Management” which includes 16 case studies on international management changes and integration in selected companies in various industries. Previously he was a lecturer in several universities in Southeastern Europe.

Director

As an edupreneur, Arun has nearly two decades of experience across various business functions, with the last decade spent in higher education. He is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for learning and development for individuals who genuinely wish to enhance their lives and careers through education. Arun directs the institutions he has founded, guiding their strategic direction by actively engaging in marketing and business development, overseeing academic operations, ensuring quality assurance and compliance, fostering partnerships, and offering valuable strategic insights.

Priscilla Odoi
Director

Priscilla holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Canterbury Christ Church University (UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Diplomatic Studies from Leicester University. Over the years, she has worked in Vietnam, the UAE, and the UK, acquiring a wealth of knowledge in the educational sector and diplomatic services, having previously worked for the Pakistan Embassy in Vietnam. Mrs. Odoi plans to leverage her managerial experience in teaching and managing educational departments to support the administrative function of South Stafford College.


Advisory Board

Dr Stuart Kewley

Dr Stuart Kewley is a graduate of the University of Cambridge (MPhil and DPhil). Dr Kewley’s first academic role was as a Director of Studies at the University of Oxford. After leaving Oxford, he took up the post of lecturer in international business and strategy at the University of Kent and then became a senior lecturer in international business and strategy at the University of the West of England. Dr Kewley has taught strategy and international business, predominantly to executives, across the World and has also acted as the module convener for the University of Ulster’s (London) Strategy MBA.

Dr George Hallow

Dr George is an experienced development and education specialist with over two decades of experience in the social development industry. He is an expert in international education with a concentration on the IB and IGCSE programmes; survey design and analysis; the evaluation of social programmes with a focus on random control trials, policy analysis, and the design of youth training manuals. Dr Hallow is a strong educator with a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the German-Ghanaian Center for Development Studies (ISSER, University of Ghana). His prior short-term consultancy work includes the World Bank and Penplusbyte.
