Admission Requirements
South Stafford College welcomes applications from students with a range of academic backgrounds and professional experience. Entry requirements vary by programme and are assessed holistically.

Mature & Non-Standard Entry
SSC actively encourages applications from mature students and those without standard academic qualifications. Entry may be considered on the basis of:
→Substantial professional experience in a relevant field (typically 5+ years)
→Prior learning from professional training programmes or workplace qualifications
→Portfolio of professional achievements or industry awards
→Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) assessment — see Credit Transfer policy

English Language Requirements
IELTS
Minimum 5.5–6.5 depending on programme. No band below 5.0.
TOEFL iBT
Minimum 72–90 depending on programme level.
Prior Study in English
Students who completed their previous qualification in English may be exempt — evidence required.
Native English Speakers
No language test required for applicants from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
