South Stafford College operates as a private limited company under the legal framework of UK Company Law. The institution’s legal status is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association, which outline its objects, powers, and corporate governance structure. Within this framework,South Stafford College is granted a company license that authorises its operations and activities. The governance of the College is overseen by two distinct bodies: the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors. Each body has clearly defined functions as outlined in the Articles of Governance. The Directors and Governors of the college hold responsibility for overseeing governance arrangements and ensuring the suitability of all agreements made by the college.

Dr Nikola Perovic is an Associate Professor and Dean of International Studies. He has extensive experience teaching international business, economics, and marketing across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has published widely and is passionate about global education.
